Every attempt is made to process your files as quickly as possible.

If the current day’s schedule is light, the work can usually begin right away.

Next-day requests must be received by 12 noon Eastern to be added to the current day’s schedule with the expectation that work will be completed the following day.

Next-day requests received after 12 noon Eastern will land on the next business day’s schedule and completed the day after that.

 Special discount rates are available for larger projects

 Accessorial charges to the project may include: 

• Notary fees

• Postage

  Audio minutes are rounded up to the next minute and rates are based on the agreed upon turnaround times shown above.

  For example:

  Audio File Length = 30 minutes

  Difficulty Level = Normal

Desired Turnaround Time = 5 Days ($1.50)                          

30 min x $1.50 = $45.00

Full payment is expected upon receipt of the completed transcript.

Long-term and ongoing projects’ completed work is billed weekly.

Payment is expected within 10 business days.

A 50% deposit is required for new clients, prior to the commencement of a new transcription job.
